Partner service providers have:
- committed to provide homeowners with a KY Home Performance Assessment summary report that meets KY Home Performance guidelines.
- committed to complete home improvements according to local building codes and consensus-based building science standards.
- met criteria to demonstrate they are qualified to complete the assessment and oversee the improvements they recommend.
